What is the MedReimportation.com's Return Policy?
Is there a limit to how many prescriptions I can order for my patients?
No, there is no limit to how many medications you can order.  However, you can only order a maximum of a 3 months supply for each prescription.
Do I get charged a shipping charge for every prescription?
Shipping charges are $9.99 USD per package (not per drug) for prescription items.
Is the dispensing fee charged for each prescription?
Our Dispensing fees are included in our prices.
Are all American drugs available?
Not all drugs available in the United States are available in Canada and Britain.
What information do you need from me so that my order will be processed as fast as possible?
We need from you:

1) Sign and fax the Printable Order Form to us.

2) Your billing information, which should be provided on the order form:
a credit card that is either MasterCard or Visa.
How long will my order take to process?
At the pharmacy, our goal is to process your order and have your medication to your door within 18 days.
Why can the pharmacy only write a prescription for a maximum of 3 months?
Due to regulations put into place by the FDA, American citizens are only allowed to import a maximum of 3 months worth of medication for personal use. Any amount above this 3 month limit is not considered "personal use".
What can slow down the process of my order?
At the pharmacy, our goal is to get your medications processed within 8 business days, and 7-10 business days for shipping. Sometimes, this process can be slowed down slightly if:

a) Your credit card information is inaccurate or incomplete. Always ensure that you copy down your credit card information accurately, and ensure that all the fields are completed when filling in our on-line forms.

b) Your credit card company denies the purchase because it is from a foreign company. Sometimes as a security measure, credit card companies will deny purchases that are made in a foreign country if they can tell that you haven’t traveled there recently. It helps if you are able to speak to your credit card company to let them know that a purchase from a foreign company will be going through on your credit card, so that they will know to permit this purchase.
What is the MedReimportation.com's Return Policy?
The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication (College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996)
